About me

Hi! I’m Amina, a Math tutor and Academic coach with over 6 years of experience working with students across the UK, USA, Australia, and the Middle East. I’ve supported learners from primary through secondary levels, including SAT, GCSE, and other international curricula. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of students, from those who needed help building foundations to those aiming for top results. My focus is always on helping students feel confident, supported, and capable in their learning. I also have experience tutoring students with Special Educational Needs, and I love adapting and being patient with them at all times. My teaching style is interactive and student-focused. I like to keep lessons engaging by breaking down concepts into simple steps, using real-life examples, and encouraging students to think through problems rather than just memorise methods. I also adapt my pace and approach based on each student’s needs, so they never feel rushed or left behind.
